1. What we collect

• What you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and what you tell us about the property and your timing, whether on the phone, by text, by email or through this website.
• Public records: property ownership, tax and deed information from county and public sources, which we use to understand the property.
• Call and message records: calls with our team may be recorded for training and record keeping. Text message history is kept with your consent record.
• Website basics: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited). We do not run advertising trackers.

2. How we use it

• To talk with you about your property and to prepare and deliver an offer.
• To follow up when you asked us to, by the channel you agreed to.
• To keep the records a real estate purchase requires, and to meet legal obligations.

3. Text messaging and your mobile number

If you agree to receive text messages, we keep a record of your consent (date, time, how you consented and the number you gave us). We do not sell, rent, share or disclose your mobile phone number or your text message opt-in consent to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. 4. Who we share information with

• Service providers that run our phone system, messaging, email, website hosting and customer records, bound to use the data only to provide those services.
• Closing parties when you sell to us: the title company, attorneys and lenders involved in the transaction.
• When required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell personal information.

5. How long we keep it

Conversation and consent records are kept for as long as we might follow up with you plus the period the law requires for business records. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep your number on our do-not-contact list so that we honor that request.
